We are not perfect and do sometimes make mistakes. But we will make it right.

We will uphold your privacy.
We do not or will not share your email address with any third party or send you any unsolicited emails.

Returns
Each items return policy is stated on its description page. If you wish to return an item, click here.

Refunds: The full purchase price less the Shipping & Handling will be refunded upon return of the item. If the item was sold with free shipping, the refund will be the full purchase price less postage & $5 USD handling. The item must be returned undamaged in the original packaging.

Faulty items: If your item arrives faulty (not damaged in transit), we will exchange it for a replacement at our cost. If you prefer a refund, the full purchase price less the Shipping & Handling will be refunded upon its return.

Shipping
U.S. & Canada buyers! No cross border tax or duty! We have locations in the U.S. & Canada.

Items are normally shipped no more than 4 business days after payment clears.

 

If your purchase is lost or damaged in shipment

Disclaimer: We recommend selecting insurance coverage for your purchase. Alpha-Bid.com claims no responsibility for lost or damaged items with no insurance coverage. Selecting Insurance protects you and enables Alpha-Bid to award replacement item(s) in the event of loss or damage.

Damaged: We pack our items with care and ample packing material. It is extremely rare for an item to be damaged upon arrival. If your item is damaged, contact us at websales@alpha-bid.com and we will expedite an insurance claim for a replacement of the damaged item.

Lost in transit: You will have received a 'Shipping Notification' email. If available, check the status of your package from the link in the email.

Shipping time is sometimes longer to remote areas and certain countries. (eg: Mexico, The Middle East, Central & South America, Spain, Italy, Greece)

Contact us if your order has not arrived within the stated time and we will expedite an insurance claim.

Filing an insurance claim: We understand the frustration when an item does not arrive in the expected time frame. We work to get claims processed as quick as possible. Alpha-Bid uses third party insurance coverage making the claims process faster. Most claims are awarded within days unlike typical postal company coverage which can take months.

Claims for lost packages can be submitted after the following time frames:
USA: 14 days from shipping date.
Canada & International: 30 days from shipping date.

*Claims are awarded as a replacement for the item(s) purchased including the cost of reshipping the item.
