We apologise if you find yourself having to return an item. Stocking only quality items is our goal. We realise that returns cost both you the customer, ourselves and our suppliers time and money. Please fill and submit the form below and we will work to ensure the issue is resolved.

Refunds: The full purchase price less the Shipping and Handling will be refunded upon return of the item. If the item was sold with free shipping, the refund will be the full purchase price less postage cost and handling ($5 USD). The item must be returned undamaged in the original packaging.
Faulty items: If your item arrives faulty (not damaged in transit), we will exchange it for a replacement at our cost. If you prefer a refund, the full purchase price less the Shipping and Handling will be refunded upon its return.
